I’m passionate about using the highest-quality ingredients possible to create baked goods that are not only delicious, but also made with care and intention. Between 90–100% of the ingredients I use are either USDA Organic or certified non-GMO, depending on the recipe and availability. This helps reduce exposure to pesticides and chemicals, while also supporting a more sustainable food system. I also use grass-fed dairy for its richer flavor and environmental benefits. One exception is Belgian chocolate. While not certified organic or non-GMO, it is Fair-trade certified and known for its exceptional quality, ethical sourcing, and smooth, balanced flavor. I’ve chosen it because it meets my standards for both taste and values.

I specialize in small batch baking because quality is of utmost importance to me. By focusing on small batches, I ensure that every baked good is consistently delicious each time you order, without taking any shortcuts. This approach allows me to dedicate the necessary time and attention to every detail, ensuring that each product meets the high standards my clients have come to expect.

While I take care to prevent cross-contamination, I do not currently offer dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, or allergen-free options.

While I do not create elaborately designed or themed wedding cakes, many couples have chosen my cakes for their ceremonies because they value flavor, quality, and a simple, elegant presentation.   I also work with couples to curate customized dessert tables or individual treats for guests. I can help guide you in selecting a mix of cupcakes, cookies, and other small‑batch items that suit your style, guest count, and favorite flavors, ensuring both variety and consistent quality.   If you’re interested in having Sweet Comforts Bakery treats at your wedding, please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page with your event date and details. I prefer at least 3 days' notice after order confirmation, but I’ll do my best to accommodate urgent requests when possible.

Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice from scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days but up to 48 hours’ notice from scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice from scheduled pickup or delivery will forfeit any refund. All sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to me, so if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Yes! Loyalty cards are provided with your first order. For each subsequent order, present your Loyalty Card to be marked upon pickup or delivery.

I accept cash and credit card payments.

Yes, delivery is available for an additional flat-rate fee.

All cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, and breads sold are shelf-stable. When stored in their original packaging at room temperature, they will remain fresh for 2–3 days. Keep all items away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve freshness, flavor, and texture.
